SESSION FEE - $450

The Session Fee Includes:

(1) Up to 30 minutes of Shooting Time at the Clients Location of Choice

(2) 10 Professionally Hand Edited Digital JPEG Images (with the option to purchase digital image upgrades)

(3) A Complete Styling Guide to help you pick the PERFECT outfits for your shoot!

(4) Private Online Viewing Gallery of the Proofs taken during your Session (Clients will be able to choose 10 digital images for their package)

(5) Print Release Rights

All Outdoor Sessions will take place Mondays - Thursday in the evening (1-2 hours before Sunset). If booked in advance, some Sunday dates can be accommodated, but are not guaranteed depending on the month/season. Weekend Dates are subject to an additional fee of $100 and will be very Limited for 2024.

Clients will have the option to purchase Professional Prints and Products for an additional charge.

DEPOSIT: A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at booking in order to secure your date and time. The deposit will be applied to the overall package price. All final balances are due the day of your scheduled shoot. Please be aware, we will not reserve your date until the $100 deposit is paid. Thank you for understanding & cooperation.

PA SALES TAX: All Services are subject to 6% PA State Sales Tax.

SCHEDULING: Kristin is more than happy to shoot at any time throughout your pregnancy journey, but photos are recommended to be taken in your 3rd trimester, around the 7th/8th month mark.

Professional Photo Products

Kristin Ann Photography offers high quality fine art prints, gorgeous gallery wraps, elegant keepsake photo albums, wood art, and more for a spectacular presentation of your most beautiful memories. Please contact Kristin to set up an informational meeting to discuss all product offerings and pricing options. Samples are provided in the studio.

For your convenience, professional quality prints will be available to purchase directly off the online gallery. Please feel free to contact Kristin directly regarding professional print pricing.

PRODUCTS

Location

All Maternity Portraits Sessions take place Outdoors (unless otherwise noted by the client).

Kristin is happy to shoot at the location of choice or offer advice on different shooting locations in the area based on the vision for the shoot. Any location 20 miles outside of Chadds Ford, PA will incur a small travel fee which is based on the number of miles required to travel.

Please be aware that some locations do charge professional photography fees, as well as park/entrance fees. Clients will be responsible for covering any associated fees. Feel free to discuss this information with Kristin prior to selecting your location.

All outdoor sessions are scheduled in the early evening (1-2 hours before Sunset) so that we can take advantage of the beautiful light.

Kristin can possibly make arrangements to shoot in the morning hours if requested, but clients MUST be aware that the lighting is NOT ideal. **Please be sure to make Kristin aware when scheduling if the morning timeframe is the only option for your family so she can discuss location options.

POST-SESSION: After the session takes place, Kristin will upload all proofs from the shoot to a private online gallery, where clients will get to choose their favorite images from the session (images galleries will include 50+ images to choose from). Proofing galleries are posted within the first week of the client s session date. Clients are asked to Select their favorite photos from the session within the first two weeks of the gallery being posted. This will help Kristin stay up to date on editing and get images back to clients within a timely manner. Turnaround time is approximately 10-14 business days. After the images have been professionally edited, the client will receive a link to download the digital images from the final online gallery.

If you would prefer to receive a hard copy of the images, Clients can purchase a USB Drive of the images for an additional $50 fee. Please note, proofs are not included in the package. If you would like to purchase additional edited images that exceed the package limit, clients may do so for an additional $20/per image.

PROFESSIONAL EDITING: as a Photographer and Artist, I take pride in artistically creating images that help set the mood of the scene. I carefully hand edit each image with professional editing software, which is the main reason I only offer a limited number of edited images per package. I take pride in my unique editing style and only take on a limited number of clients per month so I can give each gallery its own personal touch! For Advanced editing requests (for example, head swaps) an additional fee will apply. Please note** All Maternity packages include up to 5 traditional black and white images in the final image gallery.
